Family Math Night
King School hosted its third annual Family Math Night on January 26, 2011 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Over 150 individuals attended the event. Throughout the night, families learned fun ways to learn math at home with their kids. Some of the activities parents participated in were: Math Drumming, Krypto, Brain Teasers, Card Games, Math Centers, and many more. Teachers enjoyed hosting the activities as much as students loved learning the entertaining math games. Our Parent Teacher Organization also sold hot dog meals as a fundraiser at the start of the evening. We wanted to extend a special thanks to all of the teachers, staff, and parents who helped make this event a success.
